Tour Plan

    Day 1 - Delhi to Manali

    Meetup at the pre decided boarding point.After the initial Introduction to the group, we start our 4-day journey by Volvo from Delhi to Manali. We are taking overnight Volvo from Delhi to Manali

    Day 2 - Manali - Solang Valley - Dhundi

    After reaching Solang we will start trekking to Dhundi on the primary day itself. You will first pass the enchanting valley of Solang, which may be a popular holiday destination in India. From here, you will walk to the campsite. Dhundi is also considered to be a scenic spot with the views of Beas River full of boulders flowing through here, and forested hills lining its banks. In the distance, you’ll be ready to see the height of Hanuman Tibba.

    You now begin your Beas Kund trek, after the trek to Dhundi. It is a gradual and long climb through the mountains to the present picturesque campsite . You will absolutely love camping by the river, and taking note of the sound of the water splashing on the rocks.

    Day 3 - Dhundi - Beas Kund - Dhundi

    Today you start your trek to Beas Kund. After walking for about four hours nowadays on your Beas Kund trek package, you may finally reach your destination. Beas Kund may be a little alpine lake, wherever the waters appear sky-blue. The various little streams along creating the most watercourse are clearly distinguishable to you. Some arise from the near glaciers whereas others have their origin within the lake itself.

    You may conjointly realize vivacious purple wildflowers growing on the grasslands round the lake. Take footage, relax by the lake, and explore the world additionally. Post this picturesque amusement, hike down and come back to Bacharach.

    Day 4 - Dhundi - Solang - Departure

    Begin the final stretch of your excursion by hiking downhill to Solang Valley. Once you reach Solang you are free to depart and explore the valley. Board the bus in the evening. Overnight Journey to Delhi.

    Reach Delhi early in the morning.Your trip ends with Happy memories by Travel Expeditions !!!!

Inclusion -

  • Sleeping Tents will be arranged on a Double/Triple sharing basis
  • Sleeping Bags and Sleeping mat will be arranged
  • Meals: Starting from Lunch on Day 2 till Lunch on Day 4
  • Certified guide
  • Toilet tents will be arrange
  • Tea and coffee will be served at fixed times
  • Delhi - Manali - Delhi Volvo Transfers if opted.

Exclusion -

  • To and Fro to the Base Camp Manali. Potter for personal luggage. Potters can be arranged at extra cost.
  • No airfare or transportation or extra over and
  • above the expedition plan.
  • No travel insurance.
  • Any expenses towards medical exigencies and
  • other emergencies.
  • Unforeseen handling costs due to weather
  • disturbance, landslides, political unrest. Personal expenses towards tips, telephone calls, laundry, beverages etc.
  • However, all best possible assistance would be provided in case of exigencies.


Other Informations -

Necessities:

  1. Trekking shoes **: Trekking shoes with good grip and ankle support is compulsory for the trek. Please ensure that the trekking shoes are not new and used by the trekker prior to the trek. The trail is slippery and requires you to walk through rocks and boulders so good grip and water resistance shoe is necessary.  Do keep an extra floater in case of rain and for use in camps.
  2. Backpack (50-70 litres) **: A backpack with comfortable straps and a supporting frame is very important as you have to carry it on your own during the trek. Invest in a good backpack that is lightweight and comfortable to carry on long treks. 
  3. Daypack (20 litres): Keep a daypack incase you off load your backpack during the trek for your essential day items.
  4. Torch or Headlamp **: Please bring a torch or headlamp for all treks.
  5. Cutlery: Carry a spoon, mug and a lunch box. We insist on trekkers getting their own cutlery for hygiene reasons and for packed lunch.
  6. Sunglasses **: Invest in a good pair of sunglasses as you are going to be out in the sun for most of day. If you are trekking in snow it will be a mandatory as it protects you from snow blindness.
  7. Two water bottles **: 1 litre each for water during the trek.

Clothes and Other accessories

 

  1. Warm jacket and Sweater (couple of them if you feel more susceptible to cold) 
  2. Thermals: Carry thermals to keep yourself warm in the camp.Trek pants (2)  for daily use during the trek which are light and comfortable.
  3. Collared Shirts (3-4) Full sleeves and quick dry so that it prevents sunburn on the arms and neck area. 
  4. Poncho: Poncho is very important when you are trekking in monsoon season to protect you from the rain. You can rent one from us @ INR 50 per day.
  5. Cap: To protect your hair and face from the scorching sun carry a cap.
  6.  Synthetic gloves for your hands as it will protect your hands from water, snow and keep you dry and warm.
  7. Socks (2 pair) + Wollen socks(2 pair)  for keep you warm in the camps.
  8. Trekking pole: You should carry your own trekking poles for the steep uphills and downhills. You can carry them or rent one from us @ INR 50 per day
  9. Toiletries: Sunscreen **, moisturiser, lip balm, toilet paper, toothbrush, toothpaste, hand sanitiser, wet wipes and tissues. 
  10. Plastic covers: While packing, use plastic bags to compartmentalise things and carry few extra plastic bags for wet clothes and to bring back your non biodegradable material back. Mountains are the source of water and life on this planet. Please try and keep it clean and healthy.

  10. Crepe bandage – 3 to 5 meters
  11. Gauze – 1 small roll
  12. Band-aid – 5 strips
  13. Cotton – 1 small roll
  14. ORS – 105packets
  15. Betadine or any antiseptic cream
  16. Moov spray (aches, & sprains)
